Hi all,

I would just like to let you all know about a rather unique expedition we are running to Suilven in the North West Highlands next year.

Suilven is one of Scotland's iconic mountains, standing proud in the north west Highlands. This remote and stunning mountain dominates the landscape for miles around. To climb Suilven in a day is a massive undertaking and it would also mean you missing out on one of the great Scottish adventures.

This trip will see you tackle the mountain in a very unique way. The afternoon before the trip we will meet up, get used to our kayaks and pack. The first day of the expedition will see us kayak down the neighbouring loch in sea kayaks, carrying all the equipment for the three day, two night expedition. After travelling down the stunning and remote loch, having lunch on the shingle beaches, we will then find a campsite on the shores of the loch under the towering buttresses of Suilven.

The next day will see us waking up in the wilderness that is the north west Highlands and leave for Suilven. The day spent on the hill will be in complete contrast to your previous day and having the hill right on our door stop will make life a lot simpler. The final day will see us pack all our kit away into our sea kayaks and travel back up the loch knowing that we have completed a very unique Scottish adventure.

For more information on dates, prices and special offers please have a look at our web site http://www.thetorridon.com/activities/expeditions.asp or drop me an e-mail.

All the best

Chris
